Here at Pearcelegal we have a particular empathy and understanding of the legal and ‘lifetime planning’ needs of our elderly clients. We will gladly deal with any legal matters thy may have in our usual friendly and professional manner.
In addition to this, we are pleased to introduce a service above and beyond most other practices in the region. This is a separate business, run by Diana Pearce, which specialises in helping the elderly in their own homes.

Sometimes the things I do seem very small, filling in some forms or phoning large organisations. At other times I’ll arrange personal care in the home or speak up for an elderly person who’s getting overlooked in some way. I know how worrying it can be for someone who needs things done and is uncertain who to turn to for help. My charges are modest and very flexible, always tailored to the specific needs of the individual.”
