<p>It is therefore vital that problems at work are dealt with as soon as they arise.  They first steps should be to speak with your manager and see if you can solve the problem as quickly as possible.  If you feel you cannot do this, or the problem is a serious one, we are happy to advise you on your best course of action.  This may be us speaking to your employer, setting up mediation, or in the more serious cases, issuing Employment Tribunal Proceedings.</p>
