Introducing the work of Diana Pearce – assisting the elderly

We act for many elderly clients in legal matters. However we find that some need confidential help with day to day paperwork and other issues, perhaps because their families live a long way away. Often these matters do not merit spending money on legal costs, but still require attention. It can be a real challenge telephoning large organisations or dealing with local authorities!

We are therefore pleased to introduce Diana Pearce [wife of the senior partner, Graham] who runs a separate business offering the following services at the home of clients:

• Dealing with personal and business correspondence
• Sorting and filing of personal papers
• Payment of  bills
• Dealing with utilities, DWP and benefit agencies, etc.
• Completing official forms
• Arranging help and care at home
• Acting as an advocate when dealing with health professionals or care agencies
• Visiting regularly to check that the needs of a vulnerable person are being met
